The original Northrune Pant is made from Stretch Crepe Scuba Double Knit — a soft, structured, and resilient fabric blend of 96% Polyester and 4% Spandex.

This premium double-sided knit construction is what sets it apart:

• Soft crepe face & smooth double-knit back — prevents rough fabric surfaces from rubbing against the skin.

• Vertical and horizontal stretch (20% vertical, 5% horizontal) — allows the fabric to move naturally with the body instead of against it.

• Thick, stable weight (280 GSM) — eliminates friction from loose or shifting fabric during long movement or travel days.

Chafing typically occurs when abrasion, moisture, and repetitive motion combine to irritate the skin. Lightweight, unstructured fabrics or coarse seams can trap sweat and rub against the skin over time. The Northrune Pant’s double-knit composition minimizes friction by maintaining consistent contact, reducing moisture buildup, and moving fluidly with your stride.
