The Northrune stories:

Over the several years we’ve been in business, as you might expect, things go well most of the time—but sometimes things go sideways, often out of our control.

This first story begins in the winter of 2024. A customer ordered a pair of our pants, and a few weeks later, we sent out a review request email. Around 11:30 PM that night, we received our first 3-star review. The customer explained that they loved the pants but had ordered the wrong size—the cuff was too tight, and they should have ordered a larger pair.

That night, we responded immediately. We corrected the situation and sent them a larger pair the very next morning, which they received shortly after. A few days later, the customer updated their review:

“Honorable Founder. I wrote a review indicating a size issue, and he, without prompt or plea, decided to send me a size up free of charge. Good man, will buy more from here.” — Brian

The Northrune stories:

In November 2024, right around Black Friday, we were talking with a woman from Wisconsin named Madison. She told us she loved her Northrnr Pants but was going through one of the hardest times of her life — her brother was battling cancer and didn’t have much time left.

It was the middle of a cold Wisconsin November, and as she shared her story, she mentioned how her brother was always freezing. Hearing that So, without a second thought, we put together a care box for Madison and her brother. Inside were warm Northrnr pieces, sent completely free of charge, hoping to bring them even a small bit of comfort during such a difficult time.

The Northrune stories:

This story takes place in the summer of 2025. A customer reached out with a unique request — they wanted the Northrune Pants in Charcoal with a custom inseam and waist.

On top of that, they were leaving for a year-long mission trip and needed the pants within just a few days.

After a good phone call and some careful planning, we assured the customer: “We can make this happen for you.” We ended up turning the order around the same day, shipped it out, and the customer received it before their trip.
