It wasn't but 24-hours after receiving my first pair of Northrnr's hand-sewn pants before ordering my second pair. They are so comfortable to wear, and honestly, quite versatile. The quality of material, sewing --and yes, customer service is second to no one--no one! If you've seen the ads on social media, which is where I bumped into this awesome company, give them a try, and if you quickly realize that you should have ordered a second pair, William will take care of you!
